We've addressed this in the rules for podficcer sign-ups, on the sticky Intro & Rules post: "-The podfics selected must either be of Blanket Permission works, or of works specifically permissioned for this challenge. (You can see example wording here)"
We've provided a template permission request for podficcers to use, if they'd like a starting point.
