multi-fandom podfic remix challenge

We won't have a tag set the way a conventional exchange run through the AO3 would - the way AO3 does matching just isn't feasible for us, because we intend to hand-match assignments. Instead we're going to maintain a list of offered fandoms (probably in a google spreadsheet) and update it as podficcers sign up, for authors to view.
