Our intention was for podficcers to submit already existing works, yes! (We're certainly not going to ask podficcers to create three-plus pods in order to participate.) Thank you for pointing out our lack of specificity on this, we'll add some wording to the rules post to clarify it.
(If a podficcer really, really wants to create a pod specifically for this challenge, and they're able to in the time provided, then that's fine too! But we imagined that most or all people would submit pods from their existing catalog.)
